This particular painting was commisioned by a couple after seeing my catburglar series on this website. They very much liked the incidental architecture of those paintings, and wondered if I could 'blow up' the detail into a single piece. It was an enjoyable commission, as I enjoy victorian buildings very much, and I added many component parts from buildings I saw around me in the area I live
